New trainee at Viexpos office in Vaasa

Disa Laine started as trainee at the office in Vaasa on March 2nd. She will be working with us until May 31st.

I am a Master’s student in Business Administration and Economics at University of Vaasa and Vaasa is also my dear hometown. My major is Business Law and as minor, I have studied Finance, Accounting and Marketing. The last couple of years I have lived and worked in Helsinki and in the beginning of this year, I returned from my exchange semester in Taiwan where I studied International Business and Chinese Language. For now, it feels great to be back in my hometown here in Vasa!

In my studied I have focused on international courses and in addition, I have already worked a bit with export in my previous position. I continuously want to challenge myself and learn more about export and internationalization. Therefore, I am confident that my time as a Trainee here at Viexpo gives me the great opportunity to use the theoretical knowledge I have gained during my studies and learn more about export and internationalization in practice.
